If you are taking online courses only, you may access the library from an off-campus site using the bar code number located on your ID card. If you do not have an ID card, a letter will be mailed to you prior to the start of your first semester giving you the bar code number you will need. If it is your intention to physically sign out materials from our library you must have a student ID card. A student ID card can be obtained at the CCSI Office located in Alumni Hall 327. The cost of an ID card is $5.00.
If you do not receive this letter by the first day of class contact the Admissions Office by e-mail or by phone at 800-577-6826. Students taking a combination of online and on-campus course work should contact the CCSI Office by calling 570-662-4929.
You may also obtain your library bar code number by visiting the Library website and clicking on the Access Library Resources from Off Campus link under Technology.
Yes there is help. Visit the Distance Education Students website for a brochure that outlines the resources available at the North Hall Library for students enrolled in distance learning programs or in off-campus courses.

Mansfield University is a community in the best sense of the word. We look out for each other. We push ourselves to dream big. We work hard to achieve success. We care. Mansfield welcomed its first student in 1857 – and to this day, the University continues to seek and serve students with big dreams for their futures.
