Mansfield University has been providing distance education opportunities for over twelve years beginning with videoconferenced credit courses. Mansfield University was the first University in the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education to launch an online graduate program. - Career Training Programs offer coursework in a specific field. Following the completion of select programs, participants are prepared and eligible to sit for professional certification exams.

- ed2go offers short online instructor-facilitated courses. These 6-week courses cover a variety of topics including computers, health care, personal development, any many others.
